Q1: Can I make a booking at your Day Spa?

Answer: No. We we no longer operate a Day Spa facility. We now only offer a mobile Spa service while striving as always to create the 5 star Day Spa experience we are renowned for, for our clients.

Q2: Can you travel to my hotel, apartment or home?

Answer: Yes, we routinely travel to any hotel in the Perth inner city area, and within a radius of approximately 10km, or 20-30mins drive of the Perth CBD.

Q3: Which suburbs do you travel to?

Answer: Although we will always consider any booking request, as a general rule of thumb we limit our travel to the following suburbs which lie within approx. 10km of the CBD:

North of the River - Bassendean, Bayswater, Bedford, Churchlands, City Beach, Claremont, Coolbinia, Crawley, Daglish, Dalkeith, Doubleview, East Perth, Embleton, Floreat, Glendalough, Herdsman, Highgate, Inglewood, Innaloo, Jolimont, Joondanna, Leederville, Maylands, Menora, Mt Claremont, Mt Hawthorn, Mt Lawley, Nedlands, Nollamara, Noranda, North Perth, Osbourne Park, Shenton Park, Stirling, Subiaco, Swanbourne, Tuart Hill, Wembley Downs, West Leederville, West Perth, Woodlands, Yokine.

South of the River - Applecross, Ardross, Ascot, Attadale, Belmont, Bentley, Burswood, Carlisle, Cloverdale, Como, Karawara, Kensington, Kewdale, Lathlain, Manning, Mt Pleasant, Redcliffe, Riverton, Rivervale, Salter Point, South Perth, St James, Victoria Park and East, Victoria Park, Waterford, Welshpool, Wilson.

Q4: I have already checked out of my hotel, can I still make a booking?

Answer: As we only offer a mobile service this requires that you have your treatment prior to checking out of your hotel room.

Q5: Can I request a late checkout if I book a Spa treatment?

Answer: Late checkouts may be offered at the hotel’s discretion. We suggest confirming the latest available checkout time with hotel reception prior to making your booking with us to avoid any inconvenience and disappointment.

Q6: Can we have our couples massage at the same time?

Answer: Yes, we delight in providing relaxing therapeutic escapes for couples seeking to share some quality time together. With sufficient notice we will ALWAYS be able to accommodate a couples booking, providing two of our caring therapists, whether it be for yourself and your significant other, loved one or friend. We are happy to tailor any requested treatment for a couple, however for some ideas please check out our For Couples page.

Q7: Do you do Group Bookings and Pamper Parties?

Answer: Yes, we regularly cater for group bookings for hotel guests and our Home Spa clients, and pride ourselves on our flexibility and capacity to meet nearly any request. Spa group bookings or Pamper Parties may be created for events such as a Girls Weekend, Hens Party, Baby Shower, Corporate Event and pre or post Wedding relaxation.

Q8: Can you come to my workplace?

Answer: Yes, we happily visit any workplace providing there is suitable space and facilities available to enable safe, effective delivery of our treatments.

Q9: Are you still located at the Pan Pacific Hotel?

Although we will provide in-room services at any hotel within the city, we no longer operate a Day Spa facility at the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Q10: Can I request a female therapist?

Answer: Absolutely! Although the majority of our therapists are female, we suggest that you simply mention your preference when making your booking.

Q11: Do you provide sensual massage?

Answer: NO. Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual, and delivered with the utmost integrity. As the well-being and comfort of both our therapists and clients are our highest priority, we expect our clients to behave in a modest and respectful manner at all times.
