Your responsibility as a client

It is your responsibility to advise us of any medical or health issues that impact on our ability to develop a safe and effective treatment plan for you.

Please be aware that any person under the age of 16 is considered a minor and a parent or guardian must be present at all times during the treatment delivery, OR provide written consent for the treatment to occur. We ask that you notify us when making an appointment for a minor.

You must advise us at the time of booking if you are pregnant and if so, how may weeks pregnant you are. Failure to do so may result in the implementation of our Cancellation Policy if we are unable to provide a suitable treatment at the appointment time.

We have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Sexual harassment, or harassment of any kind, will result in the implementation of our Cancellation Policy.

Minimum booking duration

Please note that our minimum booking is 50 mins. Our 25 min express, mini or add-on treatments may not be booked as a stand-alone treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to make a change to your booking or to cancel a booking. If less than 1 hour's notice is received, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee. If you have further questions, please view our FAQ.

Please also note that if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the booking, we are unable to perform the treatment in accordance with safety and health precautions, and therefore you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy to sexual harassment. Should our therapists receive any form of sexual harassment your treatment will immediately cease and you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Late evening surcharge

We appreciate the busy nature of our traveling guest’s schedules and endeavour to provide maximum flexibility for our valued clients, however due to the additional physical demands placed on our dedicated therapists performing late evening bookings, we kindly ask for your understanding in applying the following one-off late service additional charges: bookings from 9.30pm, additional surcharge $30; bookings from 10.30pm, additional surcharge $50.

Redemption of Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates or Vouchers ARE transferable to family and friends and must be redeemed prior to the expiry date. Gift Certificates are normally valid for period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Gift Certificates are not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, prize or promotion. Only one (1) Gift Certificate or promotional offer can be used at a time.

Redemption of offers

Any special offer you receive from us only remains valid for, or may be redeemable within, the period indicated in the message that accompanied the offer.

Redemption of offers will be honoured within our general service area which encompasses the Perth Central Business District (CBD) and any location within an approximate 10 km radius from the CBD. Should you live outside of this area and receive an offer, we retain discretion as to whether we will make arrangements for the offer to be redeemed. Please visit our FAQ page for a list of suburbs we routinely visit, or give us a call if your not sure!

Special offers, with the exception of Seasonal Offers as shown on our website, are not redeemable at our Partner Hotels, namely the Hyatt Regency, Duxton and Peppers Kings Square Hotels.

Special offer codes are NOT transferable and may only be redeemed by the original recipient of the offer.

Should you receive a special offer from us, with or without an accompanying offer code, it is your responsibility to advise us that you are booking under a special offer and to quote any relevant offer codes at the time of making the booking. If you do not advise us that you wish to redeem an offer at the time of booking, we retain discretion as to whether the offer will be honoured.

Only one offer may be redeemed at a time and unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer, do not apply to group bookings of 3 or more people, to hair and makeup bookings or our seasonal special offers.


Entry to any competition wholey or jointly run by Rosemoon is open only to persons 18 years and over, who are residents of Australia.

A valid entry will be considered as one which has been received on either a valid entry form received at a participating location or via an online entry form or opt-in prior to the end of the promotion date. Late entries will not be accepted. Entries not properly completed will be considered invalid. Prize winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. The major prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn. Major (first) prizes are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of draw. Runner up prize winners will be notified of the prize expiry date on their winner notification letter and / or Prize Certificate.

Any Rosemoon Spa prize must be redeemed within the geographic area defined as our General Service Area. This is generally within 10km of the Perth CBD. Rosemoon retain sole discretion to deliver prize services outside of this zone.

Should Rosemoon enter into a competition run jointly with other local businesses, the individual prizes offered by each business will be subject to the competition terms and conditions specified by that individual business.

Rosemoon Spa prizes ARE transferable to family and friends, however they are not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent. Prizes also cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Towel (draping) Policy

As all of our professional therapists are trained in draping techniques, you may, at the therapist’s discretion, completely disrobe for your treatment, or you may choose to wear either disposable underwear, or your own underwear. You can fully relax during your treatment in the knowledge that professional draping techniques will ensure that your dignity and privacy are maintained at all times.

Please note that if, by agreement with the therapist you choose to disrobe completely, your waist area will remain draped with towels at all times. Draping may be partially removed while massage is being performed to particular areas such as the glutes (buttock) area, but this will only be with your permission and only for the purposes of accessing an area requiring application of deeper massage techniques.

Our therapists are highly dedicated, passionate, skilled professional healers and aestheticians; at no time are you permitted to lie naked on the massage table or remove your towel. Please note that any form of verbal or physical sexual advances towards your massage therapist will cause your booking to immediately cease, with a 100% cancellation fee.

Treatment delivery

Our team all possess minimum qualifications in the treatments they deliver and while experience may range from time to time within the team, most are highly experienced and ALL possess a great deal of professional integrity.
